The Sockist store is operated by The Sockist Ltd (henceforth: The Sockist Ltd; may be referred to as “us” and “we”). The enclosed terms and conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on The Sockist's website www.onceaday.se, and orders made by telephone, e-mail or by live chat with The Sockist's Customer Support.

Service:

Our aim is to provide first tier service. Email enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.

Payment:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The full payment is charged upon order placement. Credit card payments are made with our partner Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Return, Exchanges and Refunds

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return all products except any made to measure products where the fit guarantee terms and conditions apply. You must return the products to The Sockist store in perfect condition. The The Sockist products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. To execute a return, simply email info@stockholm.com.hk for instructions, or download the return form here. 

The Sockist store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after The Sockist store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by The Sockist store.

Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, The Sockist store will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note that The Sockist store will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur. During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except that The Sockist store will not accept returns, only exchanges of for other products or store credit.

Cookies are used by The Sockist store in order to improve our customers’ experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. The Sockist store will not operate as desired when cookies are disabled in your web browser. Disclaimer

The Sockist store's ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however we cannot always guarantee this. The Sockist store cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in The Sockist store can differ from their actual colors. The Sockist store cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.

Prices & Currencies

The prices listed at The Sockist include shipping, taxes and duties. Just like in Sweden, the price you see in our store, is the price you will pay.

All orders will be charged in USD during check out, unless you hace selected to use the currency converter. To get a better understanding what the price will be in your local currency we provide an exchange converter that is designed to show an estimated price in chosen currency. The final charged amount will be USD and be shown during check out. The Sockist store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the USD into any other currency.

Please note that your use of this Website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

The Sockist shop operates on the Shopify retail platform, which meets all 6 of categories of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. The Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. The Sockist shop also offers check out via PayPal, which already offers PCI DSS compliance. The Sockist store online operate with full Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
